It is possible to return the products up to 14 days from their reception. The return of items is at your own expense

If you want to return a purchase, please request a return form via brandshour@gmail.com. Please include your order number with the request so that we can email you the correct return form. Please keep in mind that this takes at least 24 hours. Return the received form together with the unwanted items within 14 days after receiving your return information. If you have any questions please contact us.

Which items can I return?

All returned items must be sent back in perfect conditions in their original packaging (with attached labels and as much as possible in the original packaging), otherwise the credit note will NOT be issued. The cost of return shipping is at the buyer’s charge, unless otherwise stated. If the item has been damaged by you and a value reduction has occurred, Brandshour.com will hold you liable for this.

How do I return an item?

You must send the package to our distributor. How does return work? Pack the items to be returned in the original shipping box or other sturdy packaging and enclose the requested return voucher. Hand in your return package at a PostNL or DHL Service Point and save the deposit slip (and possibly the Track & Trace code). Return shipments that do not meet the above conditions can unfortunately not be returned. If the return package fits in an envelope or flat package, you can send it by letter post.

When and how does Brandshour refund the returned items?

Brandshour pays within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s). The purchase amount of the items in question will be transferred with the same payment method that you used to pay for the order.

What to do in case of a complaint about an order?

If you have received your order, we recommend that you carefully inspect the ordered items. You can expect a good product from Brandshour.com. If we have delivered you a wrong or damaged item by mistake, please let us know by e-mail as soon as possible. You then return the damaged or incorrect item. Write the nature of the complaint on the enclosed order form + the completed return form. This way we can handle the complaint as well as possible.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not exchange products. It is necessary to create a new order,if you would like to exchange a product. If you have a complaint after wearing or using a product, please contact us first. A complaint that has not been reported will not be processed.
